Individual Wellbeing
Counselling is a form of talk therapy, usually held in a 1-2-1 setting but can also be in a group setting or in couples. It’s a place where you can share and explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours at ease and in confidence.
A therapist can help you to see things that you may not have previously been aware of, while also helping you to see things from a different perspective. They can help you to work on making changes or accepting something that you may not be able or ready to change. You may explore ways of coping and managing situations or difficulties. Counselling helps you to feel settled, promotes self-awareness and increases confidence.
