Seasons Wellbeing is a North West consultancy founded by Jennifer Pennington. A BACP accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a BUPA recognised therapist alongside other national healthcare providers. Jennifer Pennington has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations in many different situations.
In addition to private clients, Jennifer Pennington supports employee assistance programmes including work with the BBC, ITV, NHS, and SMG in response to the 2017 terror attack at the Little Mix concert at Manchester Arena.
Seasons Wellbeing design and deliver bite-sized and bespoke workshops for UK organisations focused on psycho education and wellbeing in the workplace. Most recent clients have included Bet Fred, Amber River and the NHS with Greater Manchester Mental Health. These can be delivered in person or virtually across the UK.
Jennifer Pennigton delivers coaching and supervises the mentors who support members of the criminal justice system, covering many presenting issues such as Addiction, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. Helping members adjust on the outside, exploring opportunities to education and employment.
Trained and practicing in a person-centered way, Jennifer Pennington works with the client from their frame of reference while also having the skills to integrate coping techniques and use psycho-education to support individuals. When needed CBT, solution-focused, life coaching, and NLP practices can be used.
